Just getting back into fitness? A 30 minute personal training session could give you the correct balance of customized instruction and a workout length that will allow you to "come back in a couple of days and do it again." You can use 30 minute sessions to focus on several of your goals or we can do an abbreviated workout, and then move up to longer sessions when you're ready to take your fitness up a notch.
If you are able to do more exercise, the 45 minute session allows us to cover several elements of fitness, such as strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance. Many clients get to a level of fitness and want to keep going after 30 minutes. As your fitness improves and you are ready for longer workouts, you can apply any pre-paid balance to the next level of workout sessions.
A full hour personal training session gives you more opportunity to achieve your fitness goals. Since I customize every training session, I am able to add "extra challenges" during a 60 minute session to make you feel like you had a more intense workout.
